Collection and Use of Information

By using Frolicode's online sites and products, you agree that Frolicode may collect non-personal information, individual information, and personal information, as defined below. Frolicode may share non-personal and individual information with other parties, but shall not share personal information with other parties, except as described in the policy below.
“Non-personal information” is information that does not describe or reveal your identity. Further, “aggregate information” also is non-personal information that pertains to the habits, usage patterns, and demographics of users as a group. Such data will be collected through the use of Frolicode's Services, and any personal data will be removed to classify as Non-personal information.

Frolicode may use tools, third party analytics software or any other software that automatically collects information about the usage of Frolicode's Services, and such information will be shared with Frolicode after any Personal Information is removed.

“Individual information” is information about you that distinguishes you from others, but in a form that cannot personally identify you. In the future, Frolicode may ask users to create online accounts to use our Services, which may include disclosure of information such as Gender, Date of Birth, Age, Location, Preferences etc. This information will be used to improve Frolicode’ Services, for internal marketing studies, or simply to collect demographic information about our users.

In the future, Frolicode may use contact information provided by you to send you information about Frolicode, including news about our products, updates, contests, events, newsletters and other promotional material (hereinafter referred to as “Subscription”), provided you agree to receive such Subscription. You may also choose opt out of Subscription by unsubscribing.
Except in the cases described below, Frolicode will not share personal information with any third party unless the you agree to such disclosure in advance.

“Personal information” consists of your name, email address, physical address, or other data about you that can specifically identify you. In the future, Frolicode may ask users to create an account where personal information will be required and stored by Frolicode or by a third-party under contract by Frolicode in secure databases. Frolicode may allow third parties performing services under contract with Frolicode to access stored information but such access shall only be to the extent necessary to provide those services, and such parties will be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Frolicode has no obligation to keep the privacy of personal information that you make available directly to other users via our Services, such as in online play, chatrooms, bulletin boards, forums or other public outlets. Frolicode, in the future, may also post user testimonials that contain pesonally identifiable information on Frolicode’ products and/or sites, after obtaining the consent of the particular users.

Other scenarios where personal information will be required include, but are not limited to (i) registering for social services through our products (Such as leaderboards, friends lists etc), (ii) requesting tech support with our products, (iii) Any other Service that Frolicode provides that requires the revealing of personal information.

Furthermore, external websites and companies with links to and from Frolicode’ Services may collect personal information about you. Frolicode’ Privacy Policy does NOT extend to these external websites and companies and you should refer directly to the privacy policies of said companies and websites.

Frolicode may release personal information to comply with court orders or laws that require us to disclose such information in future if a case may arise.

Forums, Message Boards and other public discussion bases.

In the future, Frolicode may provide to its users a forum, bulletin board, message board, instant messaging or any other form of public discussion bases, through Frolicode’ Services. Any information that is disclosed in said areas is public information. We therefore, advice that you should exercise caution when deciding whether and what to disclose about your personal information. Any inconvenience, harassment or mistreatment and their repercussions faced by you, due to disclosure of personal information by you, will not be the responsibility of Frolicode.

Security of Information & Safeguards

In the future, personal information will be processed and stored by Frolicode or by third-parties under contract from Frolicode in secure databases. Frolicode will follow generally accepted industry standard steps to protect your personal information that you share, and will maintain resonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the continued security of your personal information. The data collected by Frolicode, or by third-parties under contract will be maintained in secure environments, behind firewalls and will be unavailable to the public. However, no security or encryption is guaranteed to protect personal information from hackers or from human errors, and Frolicode cannot be held responsible in such extreme and rare cases.
